He does cite peer-reviewed research and presents mechanisms thoughtfully, which is refreshing. But the constant optimization messaging and supplement promotions create an aspirational lifestyle I can't afford. Great if you take the science separately from the brand.

His podcast started great but has become bloated with supplements sponsored content and lifestyle branding. The science is real but cherry-picked to fit a narrative. You get useful info but you're also being sold something.

Huberman's science is solid and he's transparent about what's proven vs

speculative, but his rise has been meteoric and his brand deals have multiplied. Still credible, but increasingly feels like a wellness entrepreneur riding neuroscience.
