How it works
Every reviewer describes genuine, specific experiences with the creator's content or community. No anonymous one-liners — every grade is tied to a real person with real context.
Every submission is reviewed by a human before publishing. We flag vague, coordinated, or inauthentic submissions and reject anything that doesn't reflect genuine engagement.
Creators cannot delete, alter, or suppress reviews. They may respond publicly, but the original grade and review text remain permanent regardless of creator status or influence.
Your real name and email are never displayed or shared. Your public identity is limited to a username you control. You decide how much context to provide.
Any user can flag a review as suspicious. Flagged reviews trigger a secondary human audit. Confirmed bad actors are permanently banned from the platform.
Reviewers may revise their grade within 90 days. If a creator meaningfully changes their behaviour or addresses your concerns, you can revise upward. Accountability flows both ways.
Zero tolerance
Violations result in immediate ban and removal of all submitted content. In serious cases, we report to relevant platforms and authorities.
Reviews submitted in exchange for favours, affiliates compensation, or at a creator's request are permanently banned. We actively detect coordinated submission patterns.
Submitting reviews with no genuine engagement history, fabricated experiences, or content copied from others is grounds for immediate permanent ban.
Creators, their staff, and anyone with a direct financial interest in the creator's brand are prohibited from submitting reviews for or against that creator.
Reviews making false factual claims, containing personal attacks unrelated to the creator's public conduct, or violating applicable law will be removed and may result in legal action.
Process
Reviewer submits
The reviewer rates the creator across all 6 dimensions and writes a specific, substantive review based on genuine experience. Submission is held for moderation.
Authenticity check
Our team assesses the review for genuine engagement — specificity, plausibility, and consistency with the creator's public record. Vague or suspicious submissions are rejected.
Content review
The written review is checked for prohibited content, defamation, and policy violations. Edits may be requested for compliance before publishing.
Grade goes live
Once approved, the grade is published and immediately visible on the creator's public profile. It cannot be removed by the creator.
Ongoing monitoring
Published reviews remain subject to community flagging and periodic audits. Suspicious patterns trigger re-review.
