Gary Vaynerchuk

Gary's got genuine business acumen from his family's wine business and he actually cares about helping people. The content volume is insane and most of it is free, which I respect. But he oversells his own impact and his paid community is more about networking with other people trying to get rich than actual education.

I paid for one of Gary's programs expecting real insight and got generic motivational fluff applied to social media. His free content on YouTube is actually better than the paid stuff, which tells you something. He's good at marketing himself but not at delivering value.

Gary's energy is real and his core message about documenting your work and building something genuine is solid. But his actual courses and programs are wildly overpriced for what you get, and he's constantly pivoting to whatever market trend is hot. The wine stuff felt authentic but everything after feels like brand-building.
