Been watching since early days and Jessica has stayed true to her mission of actually helping people with ADHD. She doesn't exploit the community for clout and her production is professional without being cold. Genuinely one of the best educational creators on the platform.
How to ADHD is one of the few channels that actually gets ADHD without romanticizing it or oversimplifying it. Jessica's honest about what works and what doesn't, and she collaborates with actual ADHD experts. This channel is a lifeline for so many of us.
She's candid about her own struggles and the advice isn't patronizing. The community she's built is supportive and she's clear about what's her experience vs. general advice.
