Followed him for the real estate content and his market analysis is actually helpful

He's transparent about his own wins and losses. My only issue is he sometimes promotes his own courses/programs and it's not always clear where the educational content ends and the sales pitch begins.

His thumbnails and titles are clickbait central—'I made $500K in 48 hours' type stuff

The actual content is usually solid analysis but he's definitely chasing algorithm engagement over substance. His community is weirdly toxic too, bunch of people parroting whatever he said.

Kevin's real estate breakdowns are insanely detailed and he actually shows his numbers, which I respect. But he pivots his content every 6 months—one month it's real estate, next it's stock trading, then crypto. Hard to follow his actual strategy when he keeps jumping ship.
